Returns & Replacement Policy — No Refunds

Overview
DuroDine provides replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Replacement eligibility and process are described below.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To raise a replacement claim you must provide an unboxing video that:
- Shows the sealed parcel before opening.
- Is continuous (no edits/cuts) and clearly shows the issue.
- Displays any serial numbers, SKUs or labels when available.
Email the video and order details to complaints@durodine.com. Claims without the unboxing video will not be processed.
Note: Claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery, or for items that show signs of use, damage due to mishandling, or cosmetic variance from screen display, are not eligible.
How to File a Claim
- Record the unboxing video following the criteria above.
- Email the video, order number and brief description to complaints@durodine.com.
- Our team will acknowledge receipt and begin verification.
Evaluation & Timeline
We verify authenticity and may request return of the item for inspection. Typical evaluation and replacement fulfillment takes 15–30 days from claim acceptance.
Shipping Costs
- If replacement is approved, outbound replacement shipping is typically paid by DuroDine.
- Return shipping may be charged to the customer if the issue is not due to manufacturing or transit damage—this is assessed case‑by‑case.
No Refunds
DuroDine does not issue refunds. All valid claims that pass our verification will be resolved via replacement only.
Fraud Prevention
We investigate potential fraud. False or manipulated evidence may lead to claim denial and legal action.
Governing Law
All claims and disputes are governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
