Dispatch Location

All products are shipped from our Hyderabad office. The exact dispatch address appears on the order invoice and contact page.

Serviceable Locations

We deliver across India where courier services operate. If your pin code is non‑serviceable, we will notify you before dispatch and cancel or refund the order as applicable under our policies.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on product dimensions, weight and destination.
• Shipping charges are paid by the customer and are displayed on the checkout page prior to payment.
• Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in our policy.

Order Processing

We typically process orders within 2–4 business days of confirmation. Processing may take longer during peak seasons or promotional events.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Metro areas: 5–8 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 7–12 business days
• Remote locations: 10–15+ business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors (weather, carrier delays) can extend delivery times.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared by email or SMS once the courier picks up the package. Use the courier’s tracking link for live updates.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. DuroDine is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged in Transit

Inspect the package at delivery. For visible damage, keep the outer packaging and contact us at complaints@durodine.com with photos and order details as soon as possible.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from shipping are governed by the laws of India and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
