• We strive for accuracy, but product images and colours may vary slightly from the actual item.
• Price and availability can change; we reserve the right to cancel orders for stock or pricing errors.

4. Payment Methods

Accepted payment options: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), and other methods shown at checkout. We use third‑party gateways to process payments; card details are not stored by DuroDine.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Orders are confirmed when we send a confirmation email or when payment is successfully processed. We may cancel or refuse orders for legitimate reasons including validation failures and stock issues.

6. Replacement Policy

DuroDine provides product replacement only; refunds are not provided. See our Returns & Replacement Policy for full details including the mandatory unboxing video requirement.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by DuroDine. Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
